Please do not send your return whiteout contact us first In some cases we may offer you a discount or if the item has been used we do not accept return .

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The shade of the products may be distorted  by flash camera  or it depends how is adjusted your screen`s device luminosity. So please bear in your mind there may be a slight difference between the real product and what you see in your screen. Shade difference can not be a reason for free return as long is very closed with the pictures listed and the name described for the product.

 

Return accepted

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Soon as the return is approved we will send you a prepaid label to your email address, download it and put on the parcel. The label is available only 3 days, if you failed to send the parcel in 3 days we wont send another pre-paid label.

Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Full refund will be given including shipping cost only in the situation we`ve sent wrong item or is defect.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or not accepted for refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned 30 days after delivery .
  • If the item was used we will give you 30% only from the total amount for the item. (Usually we do not accept return for this circumstances)
  • If the reason of return was not appropriate ,incorrect or not honest, but item was returned in the same condition as you have received we will deduct from the total amount shipping fees for sending and returning.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. from our mistake.  If you need to exchange from your reason then contact us in advance to see the availability. 

Gifts

If you want to return an item that has been subject of “thank you gift” you need to return both the item and the gift.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item on the fallowing reasons:

  • Changed your mind
  • You dont like it.
  • Is not what what you expected to be
  • Is not fit for you
  • Purchases by mistake

For this situation shipping costs for sending the item are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

We provide lots of information  and measure in description, also full support and suggestions via email, Facebook or whatsapp. So if you are not sure before purchase  contact us, otherwise we may not accept return on our costs.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
